I am pleased to finally announce the launch date of 'BALLOONIVILLE' a brand new pre school programme Featuring 'Three Potato Four' arts and crafts, filmed last Summer with very creative children on various locations around london including the lovely Emporium and Pavilion Cafe. So get your balloonie pumps at the ready and look out for this colourful funny & educational programme launching on 5th March on Cartoonito running 4pm and 12 noon daily! I love updating the children,s art work, but im not much of a writer, i think their creativity speaks for its self, but i DO love reading other amazing blogs like 'MEET ME AT MIKES' for me time & 'THE CRAFTY CROW' for inspirational kids art & crafts links, but they both have way more than 200 followers. So i am going to award this to.....

BEADY OCTOPUS!

Both 'Feathered friends' and 'Beady Octopus' tutorials were produced by 'Directed line drawing' from the fantastic 'DEEP SPACE SPARKLE' Art tutorials. This is the first time i have used this style of teaching and i found this 'step by step' approach really enjoyable, it was a huge success, the children also gained valuable experience of working with mixed media, and had lots of fun in the process. In this lesson we used oil pastels water colours and tempera paints along with dried beans for the 'suction cups'
